Avery: This year we got a fantastic harvest of Sour Orange, also known as Seville Orange. The fruit itself tastes far more like a lemon, perhaps just a touch sweeter than a regular lemon. As you might imagine it is best used as a lemonade or used in some kind of desert or made into marmalade.

Pensacola celebrated its 32nd annual Earth day festival on April 23rd at Bayview park. We had a great time at the @earthdaypensacola festival and were marveled and inspired to see all of the community come together in reverence for this one and only beautiful planet of ours that we call Earth.
This video is a celebration of this community’s love and reverence for the Earth and all of its natural wonder. Whether through art, music, gardening, activism or just by being resonant with nature, we can all care for and celebrate this world in our own unique way.
